The PepAxis-Nova 1 (formerly 319 Pro) single-channel peptide synthesizer is a proven system designed for precise synthesis and process optimization. It is well suited for routine peptide synthesis, method development, as well as research and teaching applications.
The instrument utilizes pendulum-style 180° vertical inversion mixing technology, which eliminates dead zones within the reaction system and ensures thorough solid–liquid contact. The stirring speed is continuously adjustable, allowing users to optimize mixing intensity for different resin types and synthesis stages.
Equipped with a high-precision liquid delivery system, the instrument supports accurate preparation and dosing of amino acids and activation reagents. With a liquid addition accuracy of up to 0.1 mL, it ensures precise stoichiometric ratios and consistent reaction conditions at every synthesis step.
Featuring a concise and intuitive user interface, users can easily configure synthesis programs and perform fully automated operations, from amino acid coupling to deprotection.
