The PepAxis-Nova 3 (formerly 386 Pro) features a six-channel independent parallel design, enabling true high-throughput and multi-task peptide synthesis. The instrument allows the simultaneous synthesis of up to six different peptide sequences, with each channel supporting different synthesis strategies for individual amino acids.

By combining vortex agitation and nitrogen bubbling with a high-precision liquid delivery system, each reaction vessel achieves thorough mixing and precise reagent dosing. This integrated design ensures efficient reaction performance and consistent synthesis results.
