The PepAxis-Atlas 6 (formerly 486 Pro) is a flexible single-channel peptide synthesis system designed for pilot-scale applications and adaptable to a variety of synthesis strategies. The instrument allows users to freely replace reactor specifications according to experimental requirements, supporting synthesis scales ranging from 2–25 mmol, or up to 60 mmol depending on the configuration.
Designed with a focus on operational flexibility and process scalability, the system enables researchers to easily adjust synthesis parameters and adapt to different process development needs.
