Atlas 4 Pilot-Scale Dual-Channel Peptide Synthesizer

Engineered for pilot-scale synthesis, the PepAxis-Atlas 4 operates two independent channels simultaneously while combining precise reagent dosing and flexible activation modes to support efficient peptide process development.

PepAxis-Atlas 4

The PepAxis-Atlas 4 (formerly 286 Max) is a dual-channel peptide synthesis system specifically designed for pilot-scale applications. The instrument enables the simultaneous synthesis of two different peptide sequences, improving research and development efficiency.

The system supports both synchronous activation and pre-activation modes, allowing flexible adaptation to a wide range of synthesis process requirements.

It integrates quantitative weighing and full-transfer technology with a 1 mL high-precision liquid dosing system, ensuring accurate reagent delivery and efficient reaction control. This design significantly reduces reagent waste while maintaining reliable synthesis performance.

With its robust and efficient design, the PepAxis-Atlas 4 is a dependable platform for pilot process development and small-to-medium scale peptide synthesis.
