The PepAxis™-Aquila S is an industrial-grade customized peptide cleavage system designed for large-scale peptide processing. The system adopts a modular three-vessel configuration, consisting of a cleavage vessel, concentration vessel, and precipitation vessel, enabling efficient and streamlined post-synthesis processing.
All vessels are double-jacketed and temperature-controlled, and are equipped with sight glasses to allow real-time observation of the internal process. Key parameters including pressure, solvent temperature, and stirring speed are continuously monitored and recorded, with an automatic alarm system to ensure safe and stable operation.
Solvent transfer between vessels is performed through precise quantitative dosing using metering pumps, ensuring accurate reagent handling and consistent process conditions. The vessels support a wide internal solvent temperature control range from –20 °C to 50 °C, allowing flexible adaptation to different cleavage and purification processes.
