PepAxis Sirius
The PepAxis™-Sirius (formerly 686) is a high-reliability, industrial-grade customized peptide synthesis system designed for large-scale peptide manufacturing. Featuring a modular and customizable architecture, the system supports reactor volumes ranging from 30 to 2000 L and synthesis scales of 0.3 mol and above, meeting the demands of continuous and large-batch industrial production.
The platform is equipped with a double-jacketed temperature-controlled reactor, an amino acid activation tank, and a piperidine buffer tank, all designed with sight-glass monitoring for real-time observation of pressure, temperature, and stirring conditions. This ensures full process visibility, controllability, and traceability throughout production.
The system supports multi-solvent position management and precise quantitative transfer via metering pumps. Combined with mechanical agitation and a wide temperature control range from –20 °C to 50 °C, it delivers stable reaction performance and excellent process reproducibility.
