The PepAxis-Nova 7 multi-channel asynchronous micro-scale peptide synthesizer is a next-generation fully automated platform designed for high-throughput and parallel multi-task peptide synthesis. The system supports flexible configurations of 12 or 24 independent channels operating in an asynchronous mode. Each channel features dedicated temperature control, reagent delivery, and reaction management, allowing simultaneous synthesis of different sequences, scales, and methods within a single system.
Equipped with a high-precision liquid delivery system with dosing accuracy up to 0.1 mL, the instrument ensures accurate reagent ratios during micro-scale synthesis. Each channel can independently configure activation modes, reaction times, and deprotection processes, and can be started, stopped, or adjusted in real time, providing exceptional synthesis flexibility. The optional pre-activation module and independent channel timing further improve the success rate of challenging peptide sequences.
The system also supports multi-user permission management, real-time system monitoring, and integrated UV monitoring, making it well suited for peptide drug discovery, structure–activity relationship (SAR) studies, and peptide library construction.
